4 different residencies take place the last 3 weeks of january, april, july & october each year.

4 artists are offered a full month surrounding those three weeks to arrive and depart as their schedule allows.

residencies include time, space, food & lodging at no expense to the artist. this offering acknowledges that for an artist, finding a month within the capitalist structure to focus on their work is an expense - in the future we hope to offer a stipend as well.

the open house takes place the last sunday of the month & is an opportunity for the public to see what has transpired onsite during the residency - times and dates of these occurrences are listed on the event link.

the application portal will be made available - through the website and the ig bio - september 27 through october 7th, 2024 for residency in 2025.
